Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU Nice little morning blast, up[ and down but had first run with the new Norths and they are fantastic, heaps of low down grunt. I believe the wind was coming in so the other guys should do well. Saw Byron have a couple of nice crashes (weed burgs) it's always nice to see the good guys crashing as well, builds self esteem IS80, 6.2 Warp

Looked good with a 25kt squall coming through about 15 mins before I hit the water but that was as good as it got. Underpowered with the 6.2 Happy it wasn't windy in the end as the water level and weed density was as low and as thick as Ive seen it. A few normally very controlled sailors were left with mouthfuls of Budgies finest! Decided to leave the 2 second heroics for another day. Ive broken too much gear lately and spring is almost here!

Yeah weedberg alley was scary...I managed a few gybes including a few flipping and balancing on a berg and taking off before I copped a big one and ate Budgy mud.😂 I decided to avoid gybes after that..
