Nice Sunday arvo session on the Columbia River. Wind all over the place to begin with, finally filled in with some purpose. Very weird chop bouncing all over the place, for the first time this year my lower legs were getting quite sore. Realised it wasn't the chop but the 200 flights of stairs I ran up yesterday...duh! Was jumping out of a 747 Jumbo jet for a few hours at the Evergreen waterpark then climbing 11 flights of stairs to do it again. Pretty cool way to spend a summer's afternoon in Oregon.
