JP 92 Reflex 6.3/ Falcon 113 Reflex 7.0

Blowing 30 kts on arrival so rigged small but gone before I hit the water. Swapped back to bigger gear but it didnt help. There was the occasional good gust coming through but I couldn't line one up to save my life. I reckon I had only two full planing runs across all day!  Byron did 36.something off a standing start with one short gust. Amazing.

Hung around for ages as it was nice and warm. Was just packing up with Gert when a big gust came down the bay. I scrambled for my gear and latched on to it, accelerated out to the middle where I picked up a second gust, beared away deep, bent my back leg and got over the fin (as recommended by Walshy and Lyds) and flew over the (small) chop. Picked up a third gust and then excitedly pulled out and went upwind to check my watch, patting myself on the back for waiting all afternoon for the gust of the day! Checked watch, thinking probably not 33 but definitely 32 ish ....Blank screen.......Hadn't turned it back on when I went back out........So your just gonna have to take my word for it. Who cares about the numbers anyway.
