Yeeha...nailed it! 30 knot naughty with a jibe, I feel the need. Back to Home Valley again after yesterday's great session. Bit fluffy to begin with so worked my way upwind to Wind Mountain to get the bullits coming off the side of the peak. Didn't think it would fill in for a naughty so just played around pulling some 36 knot peaks in the chop. 5.6 and 80 board a perfect combo for the conditions. Eventually the wind clocked around and filled in across the river so time to go into pirate mode and take what I want and give nothing back. The result a 30 knot naughty with jibe, only dropped down to 14.3 in the turn and just under 35 peak for the run but I'll take it.

Yeeha is appropriate !  Great session! Your description is getting me enthused again to get back on the water!

Knock all of your numbers down by 10 knots and on a good day those might be my numbers (in about 3 months). After being on a high dosage of Prednisone for five months and higher than normal for twenty months, my body is now struggling to taper down and off the meds. Hopefully after the next three months of tapering the side effects will be gone and I'll be off the meds and on the water Laughing .

Be great to have you back as a sailing buddy Barton. Hope your recovery from the meds is quicker and your speeds are even quicker. See you in the spring mate!
