Holloways Beach, QLD, AU Isonic 120, 8.6 Overdrive, 43 alloy fin. Arrived to see Tony and Fred coming in. Fred came back out to watch me struggle with the 8.6 hopelessly unfit. I gave up up in less than 10k's. Hopefully I'll  be in better condition next time.Tongue outUndecided

Arrived at Holloways about 11:30...Tony was out sailing. On the water about 12:10. Sailed for about and hour and a quarter and come back in

after I could not see Tony anywhere. He was packing up and Pete was setting up so had a little gas bag with Tony (who has a new 6.7 NP sail)

and went back out with Pete for 15-20 minutes. Wind was good and the water colour was the best I've seen it for ages.

Very enjoyable.

Holloways is getting a face lift.....orange safety barrier vertually all the way up the beach and men working on footpaths etc.

RRD X-FIRE 102, KOYOTE 6.6, STING 2-40cm.

Pete, some of those gusts were over 25 kts - wow, you had an 8.6 up!!!

Freddo, so chuffed you went out for a run mate. B2 was texting me sad faces and it looks like tomorrow is the only chance before it drops out for the weekend. I so miss my mid week sessions, but i love hearing about others getting out . Well done lads.

Good to read a few of us mobbers got out on the water for a blast! Cool

Pity the rest of us couldn't join in due to that nasty 4 letter word we dare not try to draw too much attention to...

Peter, looks like you didn't want to risk being underpowered out there today- can't blame you, it's probably been some time between sails...

Snorkel, jealous of how many sessions you've been able to put in of late...

& Freddo- pretty consistant numbers compadre!  Hope you didn't forget to bring the hose! Laughing Tongue out
