An unexpected soul nourishing session with B2 at the local Wallow Pit. Can I start of by saying that sailing with SDM cams on an RDM mast dont work!!!! WOW, what difference...instant power, upwind ability was improved no end and just generally a whole lot more comfortable . Anyway, back to conditions...steady 15 knt'er all arvo after the clouds broke open, sun came out in patches and really cranked in after B2 and I had exited the water. Too buggered to get back in the water at that stage. Tried to follow B2 around again today, but the body had some issues with the constant bashing it was taking from being so high upwind, so I just played out wide, down wind and slugged it back in towards the beach each time. Happy, happy days - two sails in two days. Missed ya mug Fed Burke.
Used: The "Tank" 140 AHD 140 Diamond, 475 BPR, 8.6 Loft RB - with correct cams.....

Suprisingly super fun little arvo session with B1! Rocked up to our launching spot to see very little wind present- sent a little prayer to the wind gods and decided to rig up anyways... Then the wind gods instantly delivered a nice steady breeze (more South in it today) for the duration.
Managed to get some decent air off the swell at times staying further upwind from B1 as a precautionary measure in case the wind decided to play tricks as it has been known to do on days like these (dark clouds hanging around).
B1 sorted out the cams on his big sail and off he went like a man on a mission... He had the AHD "Tinaroo Tank" up & whistling today... Bloody good effort mate- man of the match goes to you!!!
