Got the call from Strop, thanks mate. Finially got to use my new old board, smaller than what I've been useing and it feels great, not that I know what I'm doing. Got a few fun up and down runs with a couple of crash and burns, I need to get on the foil more often but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I had great fun but called it when the wind picked up, gee Strop makes it look easy, he was flying Wink

JP 130L something, Fanatic foil, 6.6 Koncept, clear not cold water and boardies.

Late session, everybody of the water except Gav who was just rigging his kite foil.

Wind looked strong enogh to go for a slap, but STroppo said it would drop of and best to rig the 7. The wind looked quite strong so to counter it I shifted the mast foot forward to counteract the extra lift.

Unfortunately Huey's a funny bugger and par for course as soon as I got out the wind droped, still it was fun with some nice runs chasing Gav, but there was also some bloody big holes which you couldn't even pump the foil through.

Nice short session and a great way to end the day.

Big thanks to Firie for the loan of the GPS and Mike for the offer, made sure I put it straight into the bag rather than on the roofEmbarassed

Ordering a new unit
