NE died off just as I launched, went out & drifted around for about 6 km doing lightwind gybes & tacks hoping it would come back, wind died off completly for about 15min & then shifted to SSW with just enough pressure after 10 min to get about 10 or so small planning runs in before droppring off again.

Day 3 and a surprise southerly change at SP. Great session in some nice flat water with CC and Dale.

NSW gps racing event on Lake Macquarie, light breeze was a bit teasy all afternoon, then enough came in late to get on the water for 2 gps freeraces. A real shame it wasnt enough wind for the slalom course which the guys had set up this morning, it looked great with long reaches across the lake. Thanks again to the Marmong crew lining up boats, volunteers and getting the event organised, so good to get to get the chance to sail in different parts of NSW. See you all for event 4 in January.
