Coodanup, WA. Glad to finally get a day on the water again. Borrowed a 112 l board and 7.8 sail from Jonski in the morning to be able to get out in a lighter breeze after having to watch Nina from shore twice, but had enough wind to use the FF89/RB7.0/FF22 combo. Lots of fun in the weed garden despite having just enough power to get going. Hard to believe I got a 5x10 of 30 knots in this wind! I would have needed at least 5 knots more wind at our usual spots at home for that speed. Now I just have to remember to sail straight back when the wind drops so I can skip the 40 minute walk home. Just can't slog the 89 l board downwind in the shallow water,  it just sits down on the ground. But plenty of fun before, well worth the walk.

Sorry you have not been getting much wind. Usually the week between Christmas and New Year is the best week for speed, with strong wind and optimal tide.
