Cervantes, WA. I wonder where the people who call this "flat water" and "steady wind" usually sail. Liptons was steadier than this, and let's not talk about Fangys or Safety Bay. On the bright side, the Fangy 22 which I used since I had forgotten to bring one fin did very nicely in the chop. Maybe the high weight helps keeing the board on the water in chop. FF89, RB 6.3, FF22.

I hear you guys. Just 37 and 35, must have been utterly boring. At least sailing Cervantes today felt a lot like sailing in the chop at home. I was wondering the entire time "why am I on slalom gear in this until I finally remembered that I don't have anything else...

Now you know why I don't do Cervantes! This old flat water addict, just wouldn't survive there.

Forecast is for it to be stronger tomorrow.

Look out for Roger (swindy) he's got a nice new Hyundai people mover van thingy, piled high with gear.
