Finally a nice breeze! Not a typical honking Easterly, but at least I could get on my 87L slalom.
12-15 knots gusting 16-18 knots, and got more consistent towards the end.
I rigged for the Gusts, being the eternal optimist and thinking the wind would really kick in anyway, and I would be changing doens sails later. So I went with the 6.2m Koncept. It was very nice in the gusts but in the first part of the session I was not planing quite a few times in big sub 12 knot holes. Had a rest for a while and went back when the wind seeme to have filled in a bit. It was not much stronger in the gusts, but the holes were less frequent and not so deep. Pretty much planing all the time now and did a reasonable hour that included a couple of non planing holes and the odd water start.
Its jusr so ice to be flying on the slalom board again.

I posted from the GW-52 in my helmet as the data was waaaay cleaner than the GW-60 on my wrist, and agreed much more closely with the ublox 5Hz GPS-Logit data. I am seeing a lot more error in the GW-60 lately, but there is a lowish GPS count at the moment. The watch was only using 5 to 6. The GW-52 was using 7 to 8. The Ublox GPS was using 12-15.
