AlfaMale (18525km):  3 categories    Underwhelming comp at Coal Point, NSW, AU WEED WEED WEED WEED WEED WEED WEED. and my biggest weedfin is 27cm, not quite big enough for a 9.3 The new TR16 9.3 was epic. So easy to sail, so easy to plane, just felt underfined, especially as soon as a piece of weed stuck to the fin, ruining upwind. And my bloody GPS got wet, and decided not to record the GPS maps for the GPS stage of the competition. Urgh FFS. Final gripe.... jumping the chop I re-hurt my back. Just made it back to the beach being gentle, not happy. Remind me not to go to Coal Point for a very long time. Unless I get a very long weedie. And maybe a dagger board to go with it.
