 4.2m Sailworks revo- 68ltre Starboard acid waveboard - 23cm fin

Got there and watched the guys get hammered and decided to wait it out a bit. Rus got 18-27kts off the jetty and it was more in the middle. It didn't really seem to be backing off much so I went out.

I've been avoiding rigging the 4m for ages but decided to try it on the Severne 400cm mast and see if it worked. First up I rigged to specs and held it up to get the harness line possy and it was throwing me around all over the place.. Mmm not looking forward to using this thing..Had another look and decided to add another 6cm odd of downahul- much better! ( It's an old c 2003 sail ).

I only did a few runs..Funny I thought I went further over than that!  I'll have to go further next time. Great combo for the conditions. pretty rough out the middle and with some nice rollers.

I wasn't fully committing to the harness lines as I thought a gust might throw me around the front. Bounced out of them a few times and had fun trying to rehook. I strained my forearms using my arms too much so after a few runs decided to stop before I stuffed myself up for Lake George...I need to get a bit fitter for those conditions too..

 Much better being on the wavegear in those conditions but I was wishing for a bit more speed in the bearaways..

 Next time I'll try and shorten the harness lines and I'll  commit to them more..

Falcon 56 Warp 5.6 Vmax 32

Wow. Absolute rip snorter of a southerly. 25-30kts Never seen one blow so hard for so long. Had the speed board out in the chop and that 31 felt so much faster than I've ever gone before! (peak over 32) Chest high swell and crazy chop. Super overpowered all day on the 5.6. Gybing a lottery. Epic. With the old school wave gear crew Paddo, Rob and Pete.

Marmong Point, NSW, AU Great sail this arvo, got out my 20 year old 4.7 revolution, 104 stype and 32 MFC liquid pro fin and had a blast. Good solid 25 knots, gust a little more. Great day

super ruff day at marmong, was a bit flatter on the other side & bit in the middle

for some reason, other wise a gd 2ft chop running. heaps hard on the legs 2day. plenty off ppl

sailing 10 15 of us there. wind was stronger than i thought it would get, was getting a gd 20 25

off the jetty.
