3102 days ago Albany, 7.0m rss, 5.4m evo, ca sl 66 & ca sl 58, delta 22, delta 21 sl. Got down to Albany to find Hards almost ready and waiting. A steady 16 kts was what I needed to try the hour, or 45 mins of checking the watch and 15 mins of trying not to blow the gybes. After that the wind picked up a little so we decided to try the smaller gear, till a couple of lightning flashes put paid to that effort. Unfortunately the building storm killed the wind, along with Hardie rigging his 6.4.
Had a great day with Hards and definitely worth the trip. Thanks for the company Joe
