Typical Easterly. Had a great blast around the river. 7m Ka Race, 64 cm , 32 cm fin.

A little underdone for deep runs but very comfortable.

Another pinnafest at Pt walter East. A pretty decent easterly which swung a bit north at times. high tide made flat water hard to find so went for a good hour.

Quite soild for the first half hour. Decided early on to venture up to Peli pt but seemed the further up i went, the patchier the wind got so i headed back downwind in some very underwhelming wind. Good to catch up with some Pinnas

Missed it by that much, came down late some of the boys were packing up, still got the dregs bit of fun and good to catch up with the mob that enjoyed the earlY morning session.

Fun session with plenty of the crew. Started on the JP 71 NPV8 7.2. Difficult in the chop and switched to the 88 Manta and NPV8 6.7. So much more enjoyable.

First go on my recycled wave foil-board - turns super quick with the footstraps almost on the centre-line.

On the edge in the 25 knot gusts - awesome fun downwind.

Morning sesh at Peli.

M137 + 7.6 TR9 + 38 CL SL2.

A bit underdone, shoulda rigged the 8.4.  Found a few nice puffs towards the end of the sesh, but overall it was a bit holey.

Still nice to get out Cool

Congratulations on a PB hour, Windtech, and thanks Kenny for good backup. We did need to improve our hour for the month. Looking forward to seeing the other posts.

I was hoping to join you today but my body had other ideas. It was very annoying to have a day off, rare wind, sun, warmth and the possibility of good company but no energy for sailing especially as the next wind may be a fair way off. It is all the smoke in the air I think.

Jeez Craig I heard...and I had earplugs. Yell Thought you were cussing at me..got quite hurt and offended. Cry I feel better now. Smile

It was quite gusty and full of holes up that way...as you found out. According to JJ it was much windier at Pt Walter. Must be some Venturi effect it seems.

No way did we get 25 knot gusts.....that.s what I was searching for. Next time I'm coming down...
