Ummmm COLD!!! hail at the start.

Nice day but impossible to get sail choice right today. I saw a 4.7 ripping along and I know Dave and Stretch were on 7's and Ratz was maybe a little bigger on sail choice. On a 5.5, I was dredging for too much of the day, but there were two big gusts that came through that I couldnt control. Rookie effort and not the gear... Ill toughen up one day.

Think I might have got the ol' capitan today on speed while I was testing my new Severne Overdrive. 'bout time is all I can say.

Stretch smashing it as usual with ratz not far behind.

Lachy was out too and Deputy Dawg finally made a late appearance at GH. Cant wait for him to dial in there and see what he can do. ON board next time Drew.

Bit of a mixed bag today. Didn't feel super comfy apart from a few runs. The 6.2 was too small most of the time and because I rigged the 7.0 with my big boom she felt heavy and unresponsive, At least I've identified the issues.

I didn't leave Busselton until Steve jump-started me (watching the wind in Busso come in with the heater on, bad news). I got down later than I hoped but the wind was in and I got started with rigging. Stretchy, Lachy & Steve arrived very soon and so the session started.

Stretchy Ratz Steve Lachy and the freestyle wiz were out along with 6 or so kiters. Drew arrived quite late, after work session for him. No accidents from any crew on the water so that was good.

it was quite gusty with a reported 38knots coming thru while we were rigging the other times barely 15 in the face. Anyhow, we all got into it. OMK doing what we do and all the while watching Stretch ZOOM! Great numbers given the water state.

Go Steve for getting over 30! Drew had his first taste of GH, but there will be many days to top this one.
