Foiling session with Chris. Still finding my feet, but enjoying it!

Dave turned up later for a slap and nailed a PB to boot! Well done mate, knew it was a quick hr, Chris could tell while we drank your 20km beers. Teaches you for staying out for 40+km

What a nice and lucky sesh. Steve was Flying very nicely on a foil & Chris was giving foiling another crack. They came off the water shattered from concentration on the new toys. I was contemplating to have a go too but my sail quiver is not quite right. Next time ill get down early and see about this fly/die thing.

Anyhow, they came in and i went out on real kit. I was seriously wondering if Id plane at first but the wind did come as the forecast said, yay! Very comfy and I could have stayed out a little longer but the gallery were running out of beer (I could smell it calling to me). I few long runs and there were a couple of almost breeches (getting into the lingo now) but no issues with kit. Until the OH gave way and I had to jump in & tighten. Apparently something else rather large was in the area and breeching but not Foil nor Dolphin and we know the Leavers have left. Well i didnt hit anything (the gallery would have becaues they have, can & do). When i came in I was happy to see 42km and now another PB, comfy is fast.

Great to see the foils from OMK on the water and next time lets see if we can have 3+!
