Coodanup, WA. Had the entire weed farm for myself. Planing 99% of the time on 7.8/112/22. Maybe it helped that I had no clue how to rig the sail, and probably had a few cm less downhaul than if rigged properly. Felt nice and powerful, though, no need for pumping. Had forgotten my sports glasses so sailed without glasses or contacts, which made finding the slicks a bit challenging, even more so with 10 cm more tide then the last times there. Fun day. Off to Cervantes tomorrow!

Hey Peter, I got home from the airport and saw go planning across run at the end of the street. Were you using a FF22?  If so ,well down matching it to a 7.8!

I agree with you Pepe. It's bloody annoying seeing planing spelt incorrectly. Tongue out

It's autocorrect that does it. You type in planing and it gets changed to planning without you noticing. It is not that everyone spells badly

Thanks, Anita, I will add that to the list of my excuses: I was sleep deprived from New Year's Eve celebrations, I was jet-lagged, I wasn't wearing my glasses when I posted on my tiny screen phone, I was too lazy to proofread and finally, auto correct made me do it. As penance, I will 'Grammar Nazi'  Pepe for the entirety of 2019 Laughing
