Leschenault, WA, AU. FF89/CA47, SCR6.3  Poorly executed battle plan today, a case of being in wrong place at the right time. I should have launched from Buffalo Rd, but after some decidedly dangerous attempts at speed down near Belvedere, I decided to work my way up to the Buffalo Rd speed run, wind was good and a 40 was definitely on the cards. By the time I got there the wind had dropped, then came the rain.  Didnt get a single run in, just got cold.  Then the wind swung westerly and came in strong, so Dave and I made a beeline back to the now flooded carpark. New sail went well, but I still need to fine tune my rigging. After a long stretch of no wind, it was still good to get out with Dave and Steve from BussoCool

Im still convinced Buffalo Rd will deliver some good runs, just need to time the conditions right. Speed board was no advantage today, I should have stuck with the Falcon 89, but maybe swapped the TWS29 for a 25

Fangys, at the start it was a little bit gusty so I rigged my 5.0 neilpryde and the 90l f2 for the first hour i was strugling to get past 27 knots then jonki and i swapped boards so i used his 68l f2 straight away after the first run i had allready improved with a 28 the next run 28.5 and then the run in 29 then the waiting game was in and once the rain had gone it was perfect and i just kept smashing it out.

Awesome work Jake. That is a stella day!! 4 pbs and the other two were seconds! Noice!!!

Ive got to say that a 5 knot increase in 2sec pb may well be unheard of, and double the distance PB to top it off. I tip my hat to you........ WELL DONE!
