I sailed at Cliton Beach with Cam & Kelly, open water was unbelievibly rough but near Double Island was just choppy.

Check out how close Cam's data & mine are Surprised

We had different sized sails and we only crossed paths once in a blue moon, freaky Undecided

I used my CA & Infinity which is just about rooted.

Google Earth's not working at the moment.

Just sent my file from today at Kurrimine off to bob. Squally conditions at first and up and down but then it kicked in but rough as and for this oldie was quite a scary ride at times.

Dropped off when I came in but a bit later it picked up to 25 - 30 kts for 1/2 hour but didn't have the gear to handle those conditions. Discretion better than valour for me.

Niash 120l Freewide Infinity 6.0 and 36cm Naish slalom.

Great to see others getting good times, fantastic effort everyone.

Thanks Firie..I have to admire how Herb & Lyn cope with the crap wind on the dam the last few days, 7 sailors going to Port Douglas tomorrow...I think I'll be an onlooker !!  That new board of yours is going to require you to get a pilots licence soon !! Wait till u get the new Blade !!

Google Earth's back up so as usual here's a couple of tracks.

The orange line is Cam's track to Pt Douglas last August, I can't work out how to get rid of it Undecided

My tracks...

Cam's tracks...

The dicky bit in the track may have something to do with the "travel Long" question which sometimes pops up
