Dunalley, TAS, AU.

Started at Marion Bay on the 6.2/101 but after 1 run the wind backed off. Waited an hour and still not much wind. Headed down to Dunally and the wind was a solid 15 knots on the Marion Bay side in the bay. Rigged up the 117W, R4 7.8 and Drake 42 DW, fully powered up the whole time. Great spot, not choppy at all. Sailed up to the big Castle type house on the island and sailed around up there. Keen to do more exploring and sail in a N/NW there. Lots of fun and a great day, top speed was on the 117 combo.

Stanley, TAS, AU

Snuck off from work early and had a good sail with heaps of the team.

Shame the bear away area was so short maybe 70m., just starting to get things cranked up and run out of room.

Nice and flat but a bit square. I didnt think it would be that windy and left the CA sp40 speed board at homeCry

2007 proto stb 50, KA 5.8 slingshot 23

Good corner Barry it's nice when its so flat, mine is my second best too I think.

A very nice session at stanley... Speed runs were hard...But anyway, cant complain. Had that many alpha's close to 27. Bigger board may have helped? or even 5.8?. 40.8 on the dial, but 10sec was 34, so i knew it would drop. Big crew out, for a monday! 5.8 would've been better but, very happy with how grunty the 5.4 is. Messed around with the mast track, a fair bit, and starting to suss the new speed board out.

Nice one Barry... Did anyone mention to Todd, to sign up on challenge? I forgot to mention it..after setting the GPS up, in the morning. He had a 34 I think. And was going well on the JP speed 49.

Top effort Guys!! Wish Stanley was closer. Back from the family cruse and ready for a sail. Noumea had some good sailors on the day I was there. Shame I ran out of time that day for a sail. Steve nice going for a Monday :)

Well done on the 40 Ray.Cool You were going for it!  Awesome corner Izaak.  Laughing James had some pretty good looking jibes too.

And Todd's first day with as GPS was a bit special too  ... 34.8 on the dial. Tried to upload for him, but I think he's still got a few setting wrong. Maybe just  the Log Switch needs turning on.
