Port Sorrell, TAS, AU

Well what more can i say!! Great to finally be back! JustLaughing haha Five months off the water after seriously breaking my leg, mountain bike riding. Its great to step foot back on both the bike and the board! Just as a precaution. I put my leg brace back on over the wetsuit and felt fine. Glad i didn't give it back to the hospital. Even though they said i wouldnt need it.

My aim was a 40 and that'd make my day! but a few 43's and a 45! Just estatic! Plus snuck in the odd alpha. New sail felt great! and was finding some form again. I didn't push it out into the chop bearing off. Took the safer approach today and i can walk away smiling. Called it quits fairly early but it was the right choice easing back into it. Absoultly over the moon Cool Did notice the lack of leg strength but that will come back. There was the tassie record out there today easy! We all seem to be knocking on the door of it.

Well done to Steve and great sailing dad and Cookie! Conditions finally lined up!

Howrah on wave kit, was out for a super windy, crazy choppy session between Sandy Bay and Howrah. Wind was awesome when in came through, but pretty up and down. Got one really nice run in about 30 odd knots of wind but on the way back I did a bit of a heavy landing at full speed and overloaded my fairly new harness bar, and it snapped. Didn't have a spare so it was all over Cry

Well done speed guys!!
