Just had to get the first 'track' uploaded today! It was quite windy in the bathroom, coming from the south probably due to the numerous tablets I am on. No real runs to speak of, really need the runs, or bowel movements of any form but was warned Heparin and Warfarin may delay this for some time. As you can see I just went for distance today, kept mainly on one tack as its quite hard to turn in the bath.

Gutted, I can see the windy tree but still cannot breathe properly. I really wanted to get out of the flat today and come to see a few of you at the harbour but cannot risk driving, it seems to have got worse over the weekend.

As it stands I think it will be quite some time before I will be back on the water, I was up and about after the heart attack quicker than this.

Thank you for the support some people off here have shown

Nice day down at Portland, until my boom exploded. Nothing like holding onto a short length of boom watching the sail blow off down wind. Luckily it was shallow so changed to NP X7 boom.  As we packed up the wind started to come through stronger, but too late.

A bit disapointed with the wind speed today.  Rigged 8.0 more on hope than actual wind!  Tested out 121 with 42 talon as replacement for 43sl9 but felt a bit under finned.  I think the 44 will be better for figure of 8 sailing.

Could'nt decide where to sail  today, Poole, Portland or Southend so gave up and went out with the bike club instead, good move brilliant ride. Got back and went for a late pm session in Langstone harbour, nice 1 hour workout, needed a bit more wind tho.

West Kirby tomorrow ???

Good days sail, but not very windy. The wind picked up at the end of the day, while we packed up.

Late afternoon sail.  Short one as the wind died!
