Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU

FF70 lassacher 18cm and 6.2

Nearly went out at 3pm, with Greg, but luckily stayed on shore until it came in properly.

For a while we had some genuine wind, but nothing close to resembling any flat areas. Still a fun sess with Greg and Matt

5-15kts NW - WNW with occasional 18-20kts Teralba, NSW, AU

 7.5m GT Turbo- RS4 ( 111ltre) - 39cm C3 sting pointer

Not bad for a W at Teralba still on and off the plane but not as patchy as they can be. c 30 degrees so sunny and hot. Enough bigger gusts to keep me on my toes and wonder occasionally whether I needed to change down.

I probably need to bear off more for good speed but it was predicted to die and turn more offshore so I wanted to keep up.

Wow..Pb hr for the location..pretty bad when an 8kt hr is a PB..EmbarassedLaughing

Just me . I was the fastest one on the water today..Wink

I had a visitor from Marmong way as I was derigging but they headed for home when it started to look dodgy.

I saw quite a large branch floating down the lake so if you read this and are planning on sailing in the S this pm keep an eye out. it was bulky enough to mistake for a seal at first glance.

Thought it might be you Glenn. I  was  watching you set off back and broad reaching. It looked fast ! That's what got me thinking I need to bear off more.

When I said the fastest one I was joking. I meant the only one.Smile Wink I  didn't see anyone else on the water until you appeared as I was packing up.

I  thought you'd  started after me..
