Pleasant after work sail in a dying breeze...quite a few out including the usual PSS suspects. Had some nice long runs with Jay & almost got taken out by Slowie (again!). Canefire worked really well today...no schlippage...

A day of testing today  tryed the rergaled ka 5.8 on a RMD rig and an vector delta 23  on my star W49  underdun most of the day  still nice in the gusts

OD5.4, Sonic85, Delta23/27. Melville. Tried the 5.4 on a Tushy 400 mast - worked very well. Probably should have rigged bigger but wanted to test this comby while Jez was willing to lend me the mast (thanks Jez!). Not powered up enough to get the best out of the Delta - swapped to a 27 that Jesper lent me (thanks) - gave a lot more low end grip and felt just as slippery as the 23. Good to see a bunch of the team out today. Darth dog was spending a bit too much time worrying about his umm "light sabre", but those ladies did look cute. Do I sense a disturbance in the Force? Couldn't buy a decent gybe today - my top 5 alphas were out in the middle of the slop!

Isonic 105/ Canefire 36, Code Red 7.0 @ Melville

Should have rigged the 7.5 cas the 7.0 felt underpowered most of the time. Had some great runs with Steve to the second post and back before the wind stopped around 6:00.
