I tried out the 7.8 again and it was much better this time with the correct down haul I'm still not sure if it has the 2 second times of the 7m but what it does do though is make that 35cm fin feel way to big and takes heaps of effort to ride and it gybes great although all the good gybes in close to the wall were outside the 50m.
