Trojan (8179km):  Phil, but where were you. Another solid session, a bit breezier than yesterday. Powered right up, but was going well, but one particularly huge jump tweaked my foot on the landing. Did the sensible thing and kept sailing while the adrenaline kept the pain away. Hobbling round now. Fanatic FSW 116, ezzy 6.5.

Benny McCarthy (14648km):  Holloways Beach, QLD, AU Snuck out for a quick fun mid arvo sail after completing the chores around the house. Sailed with Capt'n Kel who was already out on the water when I arrived. Fun little cruisy sesh, nothing too Hectic... Wind very Southerly again... Had one gnarly stack at speed whilst heading back in on a run- zipped over some rolling swell & the whole rig just lifted in a gust... bit the dust big time!! It was one of those ones where you surface and just pray for no damage... Thankfully no major damage done that I know of! Just a broken end piece batten which should be an easy fix. Managed to time the last run to perfection 2 days in a row just before the wind dropped out. Binny, what were you doing sailing off Yorkey's with all the Kiters?? Used "Big Woody" Futura 124, Severne OD 7.8, Venom 48 "Long May our Big Jibs Draw!"

Sausage (22853km):  iS97, 7.0 RBlade, 36 Tribal Sl - Lammermoor Beach, QLD, AU SE 13-19kn Late-morningsail and was having a blast and then 20minutes in it all came to an abrupt end when what I thought was a snapped carbon extension. The sail had lost all downhaul so the deep down wind run came with some difficulty but I managed to sail it. Realised when i got into shore, the chinook plastic buttons on the adjustable locking collar had sheared off so effectively went from 30cm extension to zero. Probably only been used 15 times so I reckon they need to look at redesigning.
