Great session at Dutchies one lonesome windsurfer me and the sligshot crew JJ, Jesper and Simon enjoying a very consistant breeze 15 gusting to maybe 18. Could have easily used the KAR 7.1 but was just a nice cruisy ocean sail, more people should come down and enjoy the consistant breeze and no stink boatsSmile Nice long 2.5k runs into the blue can't beat that.

Nice cruisy sail with Windtech 72 and 8.7 KA sail. Fin was 44 Tribal SL. Not many out today but saw Scott having a fang. Lot's of boats around doing some sort of race but managed to stay clear of them. Was good to have a taster of seabreeze - hopefully plenty more to come.Smile

First foil/sail at Rockingham beach or shall we call it Swindy's? Finally broke the 20 knot foiling barrier woo hoo! Probably got a few more foiling PBs too at this fantastic location. Fully lit in the 19 knot gusts on the 6.2. Hats off to Luke, Lunny, Duffy and Stroppo for going the big sails, a lot of ass clenching moments im sure.  Even got some air time in the gybes trying to impress Roger. Laughing All i can say is if you aint crashing you aint trying.

Thanks Lunny for convincing me to make the trek to Rockingham. What a great location.

I would have loved to have been out there but I am still sore from Thursday Frown.

It takes me about 4 days to recover from a session at the start of the season.

Hopefully tomorrow.

Maree I do use the oral magnesium, and it does help. I just have weird muscles that get very sore with exercise - I have always been the same even as a child.
