Therapy session from Creeys carpark. Wanted to test the theory that windsurfing is good for bad backs.

Result, indeterminate.D

Doesn't feel any different, now than before.

Not a lot of wind so went with the big stuff, 65cm board 6.6 koncept with 21cm@55d weedy. Good job it has a stainless edge because I took off and returned through the gravel pit, a glass or carbon fin would be considerably shorter now. As it is I'll have to do a lot of filing to restore it. Just goes to show fin is wiser than me he took off upwind of the gravel pit and returned the same way. He's also better than me at pulling downhaul. This back wouldn't let me get anywhere near the required amount, thanks mate.

Bit of slap and tickle at a rather dry Liptons this evening.

Nice to give the shoulder a test drive, the slapper is so much more physical than the foil so it was a nice hit out.

Timed exiting the water to a tee, Paul and Stropp not so much.

Great way to finish the day.

Peel Inlet, WA, AU

Ducked off a little early and Ru offered to fetch the kids so I was happy to get out on the water on a week day.  Tide was super low so I went with the floaty board and small delta fin again.  Had some fun and was planing mostly.  Was nice to have a chat with Elmo and Stroppo.

Had a look at Funggees. saw the team out looked to be good, but I was not feeling like the long hike to where the water was deep enough.

Absolutely no greens in existence this year Remery. There are some nice patches of weedy water, but not full-on carpet green Frown

Good one fin, thanks for the jelly beans.

But I don't understand how my NM is better than yours, you seemed to be gaining on me over the whole run.
