Peter Daish (26030km): Boggy Lake, SA, AU gusty 8.6R8 with 135 L then with 113L 68cm

Captain skip bogan (50090km): Boggy lake - 10 to 15 knots. Awesome after work session. Arrived later than averyone was a good thing today as the wind slowly built as i arrived. 1st time on new 2020 Ka race 7.7 - WOW so light in the hands, a powerhouse up and downwind and such a stable sail and effortless power. This size will be my most used sail i reckon and will be great in stronger winds. Happy to be back on the big board today was so much fun on a light day. Great to see a huge turn out 😎. Thanks KA for the great sails 7m and 7.7 tested now the 6.3 race very impressed . Patrik 115 / Black Project R40 and 2020 KA race 7.7. Cheers daishy for the beer 😊
Jack Bogan (3705km): Boggy Lake, SA, AU Big turn out. Everyone on big gear. Only thing that didn't turn up was the wind. Couldn't get on the plane for ages. Did more walking than sailing. When wind came in enough to plane I was cooked.
The young un's found some wind over the other side.
7.8 Loft RB Patrik 115. | ||||||||||||||||||
Sellicks Bogan (7203km): On the Big gear at Boggy, 7.8 Reflex with a 42.5 BP and 122 Isonic, then up to the 8.6 Turbo, should have started with the 8.6 was a great combo in flukey conditions. great to see everyone out. pretty good day.
Trousers (14352km): el bog. sw 15kts max. i97-BRP375-OD70 Thought I'd lost GPS last week but found it in my sail bag this morning. Lots of peeps out that day. For me, not the best session as spent a lot of time underpowered, but always good to get TOW.
Full Bogan (42931km): Late post as I didn't do well and wasnt excited to see how I went. But was a fun day 😁 |
