BIB, Corpus Christi. First time sailing in almost 2 months. Wind dropped as soon as I had the gear dialed a bit, then underpowered on 6.3/112/WD31. Did not care for the fin when the wind dropped, lots of spinouts. Not much weed in sight, so will use a pointer next time.

BIB, Corpus Christi, TX. Finally on the water again after a 2 months break! Started on the foil with 5.6, but was overpowered in the gusts. Switched to the freestyle board, only to have the wind drop out. Back to the foil for a few runs where everything was just right. Kept the session short because my arms started hurting already, and we both are still getting over a cold Nina picked up on her fligth back to Germany. Even had to sit out a decent day of wind here because walking away from a tissue box seemed like a really bad idea. But it's great to be back on the water, and to see that the water depth at BIB is plenty for the 71 cm mast.
