Fun morning foil with Swindy, wind started out very light taking some VERY enthusatic pumping to get going, but once flying a lot of fun.

Had two off's today when we got hit by a squall with gusts up to 10 knots, well thats my story and I'm sticken to it.

Greart fun, I think the weight loss helped get going, but the lack of sailing has me being a bit more than the normal uncoman.

Thanks Roger.

Nice foil with Elmo in very light conditions.

The new leaner meaner athletic muppet had it over me with early flight and the 2m extra sail area. However in the 10 knot bullets that came through he reverted to his muppet ways and crashed. due to his weight loss the crashes went unnoticed by me as he hardly made a ripple in the water.

Probably the hardest 18 km of my life with all the mad pumping required to get take off.
