Nirimba - Point Grey with The Scud. Well that was hard work! Very gusty, one minute over powered, the next dead in the water. I went for Missy Flow Koncept 6.6. While the sail was probably about right on average, I probably should have gone the Barge to get through the lulls. The best water was over Point Grey and Ward Point. The breeze was too NE to get up into Boombas until late in the sesh when it swung more North, but i was too well cooked by then to try it out. Post more later when I get a chance.

Ward Pt via Cobblers. new 55cm board to get through the lulls and 5.2 speed to handle the gusts, with the 23cm 40/60deg.

Good job Peter and I didn't head towards Australind, cause I left my masts behind and he left his fin screws at home. And to further reinforce our silly old fart status, I left my GW60 ticking away on the dashboard And Peter didn't turn his on until he first attempted to check his speed.

Ward point wasn't as flat as I hoped, very high water, what is normally thigh deep was chest deep, and what is normally a too shallow sand bank was today deep to fly over with confidence.

There was some almost flatish water in the corner where Ward Pt sticks out into the main estuary. Trouble was I kept finding the best wind close to shore and heading straight at it. Too unnerving for me to push it.

 We weren't sailing too far away from Fangy and Scud, but didn't see any sign of them?

Leschenault, WA, AU FF113/SCR7.0 Best thing about windsurfing today was catching up with everyone and the hot shower after. Wind was more easterly than predicted and fickle. Just got cold. Pity it didnt deliver more because there was a good rollup with Vic, Lachy, Dave, Steve, Marcus, Dennis and Dean all in attendance.  Jonski also turned up at Buffalo Rd later on, hopefully he had more success

Enjoyed sailing at a new location and good to catch up with Dave, Rob and Steve. Cheers Steve for sorting out my flat tyre while I was drifting back in

Like yesterday, started out okay and then the wind faded. Picked up while I was leaving which was deserving for Dave and Steve as they missed the first breeze.

Olive Reserve, WA, AU  JP fsw 110 koncept 5.4 Fangy 24  Had a short sail with Decrepid, sometimes 5.4 wasnt enough and sometimes WAY to much.

got a bit lumpy too. See what tomorrow brings forgot to turn on the watch till later. have to approximate the speed on my NM- any suggestions?

The scud's having trouble logging in, I haven't managed to figi=ure out why yet, so have found an old OS that still has a working version of GPSResults so I can post for him.
