Nice and warm around 30deg C, wind was typical northerly swirly and gusty wasn't fun.

North Haven, SA, AU. 10-25kt N to NNE. 5.5 KA Race sail (with a 370 100% RDM CC mast + 30cm extender), 30 MUF slalomweed, 109 Supersport.

I don't know what the go is with me. I can't for the life of me rail the board and get the wetting area of the board back like you guys can. There was plenty of wind today, so no excuse really. I tried a few configuration changes. High boom, mast track back and tighthed rear foot straps so I could rail the leeward more. The KA sail is fantastic. Even in Haven's squally crap wind, I was piano keying the boom when lite up. The sail felt like it could go faster. Sailed about 2.5 hrs. For 30min I was fully lite up. Water condition far better than Boggy, but not as good at George or Stans.

~10 x kiters, 5 x sailors and 4 x nude women with their kit off for all to see.

Solid workout over the chop with Tricky. Great to be out on the water after a busy work shiftSmile

Beers went down well.

Cheers

13kn - 35+ savage gusts what a workoutUndecided Rigged the Loft 5.6 RB Isonic 87 & first session with the FFF21. Arrived with super savage gusty conditions so took my time & chatted to Chris. The wind settled a bit so headded out. As I had given the FFF21 a bit of extra TLC I decided I would look after it a bit, but alass first run mowed down a dozen or more razor fishEmbarassed Oh well had some cracker runs & the fin was solid & felt nice & fast. Pitty I waited being a pussy missed the best conditions, but it was squally off shore & hoppy wasnt due till later after work. Hoppy arrived & only got a couple of runs before the tide was too hight & it got super ruff real quick. So a dam good session & very happy with Fangys 21 speed fin, Thanks Mr FangMan.

Bunta Bogan Blast with Hoppy & a couple of coldies too finnish a warm sail.Cool

I can't decide what's more unlikely, 4 nude women on the beach or Tricky giving the FF21 "a bit of extra TLC". LaughingTongue out

No Trick, but they did give me a boner.

Nice vid Choc. How choppy was in on the speed strip ?. It's hard to see in the vid as the wide angle flattens everything.

Chop wasn't that big but was coming from all directions and very bouncy, the wind was the biggest problem gusts were shooting from different directions and very swirly, you can pick that up by how the sail was reacting.
