20-25kts SSW plus then 10-22kts S then 10-15kts S Coal Point, NSW, AU

5m gator - 85ltre Waveboard -20centre fin

then 5m on WT64 - 31cm select pointer

7.5m GT Turbo - WT64 - 32cm weedy

 7m OD - WT64 - 32 WT Weedy

Spent more time changing options than sailing today..Undecided

I'd been lulled into a false sense of optimism after the lovely consistent NE last session. It was blowing 20-25kts plus at first so I rigged for the gusts with the 5m on the waveboard.. By the time I got on the water it had got patchy. I had a few runs where the gear felt just right but only got a few nice spurts  for 20kts odd speed.. At least I got some practise gybing it.. The alpha was on the waveboard..

Decided to put the big board on with a small fin but once again by the time I got out there wasn't enough for the 5m..Back in and rigged the big sail and big weedy.. Finally an hr of mainly powered sailing!

After the lovely light freeride sail , rdm mast and small boom the big kit felt very heavy and wore me out quickly. the gusts were up around 20kts so the 7m probably would have been better..It was nice sailing with Andrew when I had the big kit on.

Came in for a snack and it looked like it had kicked back in to a consistent 15-20kts so I rigged the 7m.. Of course it then died back to 5-15kts so I

just had a few subplaning runs..

Oh well it's got to be making me fitter and better .. I hope..Undecided At least the rain held off..

Just Andrew and I and then a Wing foiler for a while..Bring on the consistent summer breezes please..
