Fun sail with Jono and Pugs, Macca came out later when it was dying. Sorry Macca.

NE 12-18 knots Simmer 7.8 2XC + JP 122 + 22XT Delta.

Nicely powered for most of the session, chose the right combo for once which makes a change. The water level is very low indeed. Stopped near shore and realised there was about as little water as you need to sail in. Any lower will be a problem in the weeks to come.

Saw Matty and Storman Norman foiling in the distance.

Nice hr Wayne. Yes I  checked the water level on the website today..0.25 is where you can sail all over with a 16cm fin if you're careful.I think it was 0.04 today Surprised

Is that because it's open at the Entrance?

Big thank you to Old Pete who went out in his boat a couple of days ago, and marked two submerged tyres for us, which were just below the surface. Sue found one of these recently. Plus he towed a large tree branch out into the deep.

Old Pete turns 76 on Monday, and still sails like someone decades younger. Legend.
