Inverloch, VIC, AU. The wind was west 8-15 maybe and a few holes.

Only the longboards out today and rigged with 7.4 so I had them on power and speed.

Fangys fin is an interesting beast and I'm having so much fun in so little wind. Even though there's a bit more chop then the fin is designed for, very little spinout and I could sail across the shallows....Bonus Laughing

Third session on this combo and I'm starting to get the balance right. The first two sessions have had the back foot overpowered and the front foot with no weight. This session with the track all the way to the back is perfect. There's no more room for any more adjustment and I should have got James to move this track back another 30mm. It will be interesting to see where the balance is with an upright fin and this sail. Almost time to do a review on this board as I had a few sessions to give me some great feedback.

No stress, hopefully top end testing tomorrow. 👍👍👍. Interesting to look at the Brides speeds as a comparison as we all were sailing at the same time. Yes different kit but it shows it’s potential very well

Maybe not a good comnparison Kato as the Mistral Superlight 11 is 380 ltrs with 7.4 freeride sail with a dodgie windsurfering in control vs 120ltr board 9 mtr cammed sail and a person who knows how to sail and test a finWink
