Early morning sail at the local to catch the only sailable tide for the day. Gusty 15 knts on arrival, so rigged the WT SB72, Ezzy 7.5, Tribal 42. Realised quickly once out wide it was a solid 20+ with a lot of south so a lot of ramps to contend with and had to be fairly timid with gybes among the heavy chop. Flex tail did its best to control things, but in the end it was too much board and fin for the conditions. I reckon the smaller WT SB66 would have been a better allround choice. Water flattened at the end, but too shallow for the big fin.
