Majestic Point, WA, AU

FS#14. Starting to feel confident on the foil so tried the front foot in straps today. A few extra splats but wind was also starting to become a handfull, so called it early. Could have been on the smaller sail but another good fun day on the Swan. Bonus was seeing a pod of dolphins, just offshore doing full vertical leaps into the air.

Melville Beach, WA, AU is111, 40CF, 6.2K, with a broken batten

Nearly rigged the 7, but then the wind picked up so I went for the 6.2. Then the wind dropped off again, didn't it? It didn't help that I discovered this sail had another broken batten and I couldn't tighten the one that had just been fixed...

Anyway it was sunny and I had a day off and my gybes are improving, and at least the Pinnaroos are on the board for November. Not in the style I would like, but at least it is a start. Hopefully someone else will steal all my jellybeans

Leighton Beach, WA

Nice little cruisy session on the Cruise Missile after work out the back at Leighton. A bit underdone with a 7.0 sail but very nice to get out on the great Indian Ocean for a change. The new board feels very comfortable in the swells off Leighton and looking forward to having some speed sessions on it down at Liptons or Coodanup. Caught up with Ant Dunn on the beach who carried my board down for me. He'd just got back from the dentist so didn't get out for a sail. Catch up next time Ant.

Pinnaroo Point, - more weed than a Bob Marley memorial Smile. Bit of foiling, lot of jumping of and clearing the weed. Still a fun time and the runs up on the foil were great. 5.8, Slingshot 76 / Wizard 125
