Must be an April fools joke. The motion GPS appeared to have stopped on the beach, after storing it in the pocket of the boyancy vest. Really annoyed as there was some good speeds today.
That was hard core and a humbling experience. Winds between 15 and 30 knots so rigged the 84L Naish Supercross with 5.3 KA Koyote. Mostly in control with this combo, but my 93kg still got thrown round like a rag doll on multiple occasions. Some huge jumps, the odd smoking gybe and a few runs with a strong gust and flat water between the waveline which would have yielded a great 2s. Anyway, shouldn'tget hung up about the numbers, I'm a very tired, sore and happy boy right now.
Phil, really tragic that you got caught up parking ships. Would have been good to have a wingman out there today.
