5-18kts WNW Coal Point, NSW, AU

 sailed 1-2.15 including board change

7m Turbo- WT57 ( 90ltres) - 28cm WT weedy

 then WT64 ( 112ltres) - 35cm tectonics weed demon

Well it may look crap but boy I needed that! I had my first Covid jab last Friday , copped a lot of yuck side effects and have spent most of the last week exhausted ,lying on the floor too buggered to get up.

I packed the van this morning and the effort stuffed me so much I had to lie down for 1.30hr so I wasn't sure I was up to driving down , netherless sailing..Undecided

I almost wimped out as there were a few biggish gusts and it was pretty mogguly straight off the launch.

My legs were trembling and heart racing but I survived! Back in the land of the living thank god. I was sick of being an invalid. Yell

Only 1 run with the smaller board.. Got 2 planing blats that made it all worthwhile. I had full tailflex dialled in but once you got away from the point it was pretty flat so I took a bit out. The lulls were tiring so I put the big board on but by then I needed a 7.5m.

Andrew was blasting about early on . It was nice later to have someone else to slog with until he got a gust and foiled off..

 Hopefully more tomorrow.
