Great turnout today. Manly sailers over here. Lady sailers too, so good to see.

Good to be on the water but should have rigged at 7M, wind dropped out after first run heading out past King Island. Wind line 50 metres each side of the bank making runs difficult. Could have had a 7.8M up in the end. Clive said he had a great session and honking early on but it appears Westerlies seem to fade post 3pm. Forecast said 23Knots after 3pm. Warm shower was absolutely fantastic and warm meals on the way :)

Thanks to Shane for coming down for a team sail.

Another wobbly Westerly, though I do not count it as having the strength in the gusts as it did in yesterday's wind. More consistent today though, and a magnitude more colder too! Good weather for numb nuts and numb toes! A plethora of kiters out on the flat water side near on the high tide. Almost ran over one of them. Looked around for Nick Wood today, but he wasn't out amongst it. The poor man had an accident on his mountain bike, and busted up his face and his crotch in the collision witht he bike bar and handlebars, two dirty big black eyes, and a busted urethra to boot! He's so so fortunate not to take out his family heirs in the process!! On the mend but still very sore, so hopefully back soon..

Could have done with a slighty bigger sail today..

Ben, me thinks a trip to the Manly side a little often could result in more engagement. Wink wink.
