morning sail with local friends. very gusty southerlys.

jp 93 thruster and stone board, 4.7 vandal.

should have gone for speed runs at lilacs. super flat. but to knackert from bump and jump session.

Fangyland with Scud and Flex and rapidly dying breeze.  Tried out the FF18V5 for the first time on the Barge. Thus far there seems to be no issues. It held my Avalon 7.0 with no problem and I couldn't spin it out even when I tried. (Chop was relatively small tho) I am not sure about upwind ability, I think I was going okay, but I really need a sailor consistently sailing next to me to gauge performance and today's conditions were not conducive for that. Downhill no probs. Much more testing required with bigger sails, but so far, so good.

Great direction, but missed it by a couple of hours again. Wa good while I rigged, and the first run out to Ward Pt, then it was grovel time.

But the sun was out most of the time, and there was some good company, so it was a good break from mowing the lawn!.

Must check the watch, that's showing 2 29s and 10Km, big discrepancy here, unless I didn't delete the last suoer short Boombas session.

That would make sense, I'm getting very prone to this sort of thing these days. Yep that was it, this session also deleted now.

First session in almost two months, so the bar was set pretty high.

Wind was backing of from the get go but still a great time to be on the water.
