Great session down in crabland. A couple of nice squalls after flat patches. No stinkboats and lots of roomLaughing

Thanks for the the use of your turf Manbra Mob. Good to catch up with a bunch of the crew.

Hardies Run, WA, AU

First sail down at Hardies Run - good to meet some of the locals and a good turn out by our team.

Wind was off and on but fun in the squalls.

Futura 101, Severne Turbo 7.5,  34 FO Fin (too small)

Swapped to my new (used) iSonic 76 for a couple of runs late in the day. So smooth compared to the Futura.

Cheers Mark and Chris - I had a lot of fun.

Very gusty up/down breeze at Melville.

Used the big kit...135 XFire + 9.6 CR + 50 Canefire

First time on the 50 fin.  Definitely better upwind, but the combo needs tuning; felt twitchy.  Moved the mast foot forward a little and it improved, but I never got comfortable.  Gusts were too short to get settled.

Breeze faded away to nothing after 4.30 and I grovelled in for the last half hour.

A fairly average sesh on the whole, but a few moments of excitement wrestling the 9.6 in the gusts.

Get Bender to show you where the shallow spots are' cos if the tide is low they are plentiful!

Definitely need some local knowledge.
