Kalmus, Cape Cod, ENE. Turbo 7.? with a broken cam still worked fine. Borrowed a GPS from Peter for the tail end of the session, probably sailed closer to 30 km total. Must remember to bring my GPS!

Kalmus, Cape Cod. Gusty easterlies before Dorian. Mostly foiled, with a bit of slapper sailing in between. Funny how the slapper feels wrong after the foil - so much power in the sail but it's not going! Lulls down to 10 mph did not help, although they were no issue on the foil. Short session, stopped when the rain started. 5.6 Idol, i84 + Warp 76 and Skate 110 + 22 weedie. Top 2s on the foil was 15.9 knots.

Just did a little test to see if perhaps not counting "unknown" data is already implemented. I changed my 2 second top speed from 22 to 32 knots and the kind to "X" (unknown) to see if my top speed would count towards the ranking. It did:

I changed it back right away, of course.

But this means that the 2-tier posting changes currently discussed on Seabreeze definitely would require changes to the database. Since changes will have to be backward compatible, implementing them may not be quite as straightforward as it seems. But neither should it be terribly hard.
