Down to Kurrimine for  a romp with Olga while she hangs around. Very flukey to start and rigged the 7.0 infinity on the Cross 100 and Torquay Slalom 34. Struggled in the lulls and battled lots of weed which was frustrating. A rain squall passed through and killed the wind but came in with a vengence short time later and with it the chop. Overpowered and out of control and crashes. Changed to a MAui B&J 34 and better control but wind kept increasing and body not up to it. Still great fun. A couple of K's at least.

Carve 94, NP7.7H2, SF36.

Darwin, 5-12 knots, had to pump all the way to keep on the plane for a NM.

Gave up after I realized I was spending more time swimming than sailing.

Didn't look much when we got there so I sent Herby out as guinea pig and as soon as I seen him planing I went out too.

A bit of rain stinging my face but fantastic wind for dam.     James and Ian came back today and had a ball with us.

Good session on Tinaroo, but as usual it suddenly stopped...last 2km was dead slow...69 minutes with 6.6 Loft 02 and 120l S/Cross.

Real wet in paradise.

Wild day at yorkeys today, wind was over 30 at times and a bit off shore, had fun with the wave board and 5.2 for about 30 mins until the wind stopped on the outside jibe. No problem i thought, just wait for it to come back in as it is always a bit dodgy at yorkeys,

40mins later and the wind came back, but it was dead off shore, tried to ride the waves back to the beach but i was heading for the rocks so i jibed started pointing back up the beach. Sailed for ten mins parallel to beach and jibed again only to find i was still not going to clear the rocks. So i gave in and headed towards the yacht club ready to do the walk of shame, but the wind disappeared and i started paddling.

After 1hr of paddling i had covered almost 5ks, but i was not one metre closer to the beach. Luckly bob was watching and had managed to get a jetski out to tow me back( Thanks Bob). To finnish me off for the day as i was dragging myself out of the water i managed to get dumped by the shore break twice trying to get out. Bob did very well to not laugh out loud.
