CR6.7, XFire102/CF34, Sonic85/Falcon30. Melville. Started out as good solid cruisy sail, then the wind built so that I was way overpowered - even on the smaller board. Fastest speeds were on the Sonic, Hour, Nm, and alpha were on the XFire. Had the harness lines sorted out today - big difference to the fun factorSmile

Melville Beach, WA, AU

94 iSonic, 5.8 NP RSS, 30 Choco.

Melville, very gusty and choppy early, but flatted off later.

A number of the crew out and a enjoyable sail.

CR 7.0; RRD X-f 102; Choco 34 @melville.beach.wa.au

Good breeze...should have rigged the 6.1 since the breeze jumped just as I hit the water...survival mode. Buggered from 2 previous days' sailing.

Lot of the team out...welcome back Jay!!

Isonic 105, drake 34 (rubbish) and Code Red 7.0.

Was overpowered to start with, (around 2:30- 3:00), but it all came good in the end. By 5:00 it was perfect (inlcuding a bit more water over the sand bar).

It was good to sail with the crew again......, me-tinks this is going to be a good no great season!!!!

Off to do more work on the van now.........

Crabland, RRD 112, TR4 7.6, new MFC 40 weedy. Tried to go for an hr today, fairly happy with the result. Wind dropped for the last ten minutes so the start of the time ended including getting upwind. I then had to struggle for 30min to try and get back upwind of the bottom island.  Wind finally picked up again so atleast I could get back. MFC weedy alot more vertical than my other weedies but did the job well. Also got a Pb for my 100,000m 22.09 knts. Good day.

Exocet Cross 104L & 94L & Exocet Compact Move 84L all with KA Koncept 6.6M

Rigged the Koncept on a skinny 450 & it worked really well, never overpowered all day, maxed out a couple of times but it felt goodLaughing

Had a go on Borgy's new Naish 85 All Terrain, man that thing is scary fast, a bit of tuning & that could be a real weaponSurprised

Gave the Clip harness lines a real workout today & they were great, I really like themSmile

Great to get a day with some good solid wind, best day for a long time.

Just need to work on the numbers nowFrown

Futura 111, Tushie T4 6.5 & Drake 38 - Had the T4 to demo today, but should of really rigged a 6 m2. First few runs were a bit exciting, the sail was great, eats up gusts Smile, but the 111 wasn't liking the chop too much.. Frown Came in for a rest and for the wind to drop a bit. Embarassed Went out for the second run when the masses had left and had a great time in the flatter water. Cool

Nice hour Darryl!Cool

Thanks everyone, I have had a good run of Pb's lately. Going to make it harder this summer to get any more. I think I like this GPS stuff, one of the only sports where you can be built for comfort and speed.

Lao, might have to team up with someone for a 27knt run, an hour is a long time to really stay focused.
