My first to Lake (Ch)Illawarra in a Westerly, and now I see why it's so popular..! The wind was very up and down and the weed a big perilous but no still an awesome day. Speeds a bit disappointing - I was hoping for a mile PB at least, but looking at the tracks it turns out I was gybing too soon. Arse. Consolation prize in improving my alpha by the tiniest of margins: 0.05kts!
Good to finally meet Leo, and just crossed over with Craig at the end of his session.
