Darren Nicholas (1395km):  Tauranga, Kulim Park Bay Of Plenty, NZ. NNW open harbour, onshore session, windier than yesterday. Proper wind CA58, TRX 6.3, Meanline 33. well overpowered at times when 5.9 would have been the go.... Good crew wagged work with me and everyone had a ball,most on bump and jump gear, 5.8 to 4.7. Gave myself several frights rattling over knee high confused chop , but managed to navigate through a few troughs to log some decent speeds. Feeling it afer 88ks yesterday.... Great day out
