6850 days ago 20-25 knots balmy sunny northerly at Manly.
Started on my 5.7 North Ice, then changed down to my new Ezzy Wave SE 5.0. The Ezzy turned out to be a fantastic sail, it felt extremely stable and powerful for its size. I ended up doing a couple of fully, yes FULLY (as in slapslapslap all the way) planing gybes, and felt like a hero afterwards. The sail gave me so much confidence that by the end of the day I was trying duck gybes, never tried them before.
This was easily my most enjoyable session in 6 months. Totally stoked :-)
Only fly in the ointment was that my NAVI didn't record the session... these numbers are from the display.
